When you use ZS Moments, some of your personal information is collected by us. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring absolute data security. In this privacy policy, we will share the details of all personal information that is collected, by what means it is collected, the purposes to which end it may be used and some of your options for managing your data with ZS Moments. It applies to all of our customers worldwide and covers all the personal information that is collected in order to be of service to you.
We ask user for the Images and Voice-notes in order to deliver our services and provide a better experience to you. On asking for such details, we ask user for the permission to access Gallery and Camera for your use of the feature. ZS Moment does not collect or ask for any personal information from the user.
We do not sell your data, irrespective of whether you are an individual, small business or Enterprise.
This app is intended for medical practitioners participating in market research. We hand over all controls to you, so that you oversee sharing your images and recordings thereof.
ZS Moments collects only that user data which is pertinent to provide the app’s services, including smooth rendering of services and technical support.
We do not use the data we obtain from your use of our services for any marketing/ advertising purposes.
When you use the app functionality, we ask user to upload Images for which we ask for user to give internal storage permission. We give user choice to deny the request. When you give permission access to choose image from gallery, we take the selected image and stored securely on a server operated and managed by ZS Associates for app functionality.
The Images are collected with users’ permission for app functionality.
Retention
All information collected from you at the time of registration will be retained for if your account remains in existence and for such period thereafter as
required under any law for the time being in force.
Data Security
ZS Moments is equipped with a highly secure and customizable encryption model whereby customers can choose the encryption model and encryption keys for their deployments.
This ensures that no extraneous/ third party can decrypt the communication. The app’s hosted model for Enterprise eliminates the need for third party servers, so
the Enterprise security team need not be concerned about any extraneous/ third party interference.
